SHIPPING POLICY: We are unable to replace packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered. 

RETURN POLICY

As all stock is made to order, all sales are final.

No returns. No store credit.

Please note that our products are described as accurately as possible, and due to the amount of light in a room, the colour and shades may vary on items.

If your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us and include:

    1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.

    2. Name on the order. 

    3. Email address on the order. 

    4. Your request.

    5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return, and eliminate errors in the future. 

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure about an item and need help.

As our items are limited editions. We currently do not make exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards. Once your return is authorised and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange;

The rug(s) must be unused and in their original condition.

We will not be responsible for ANY shipping costs.
